Un workshop per studenti, giovani filmmaker e media maker interessati al documentario sui diritti umani e al racconto creativo attraverso diversi linguaggi e media. Con Phil Cox, filmmaker e giornalista irlandese/britannico, co-fondatore di Native Voice Films, che da oltre vent’anni lavora nel campo del documentario e del reportage, con particolare attenzione ai conflitti e ai diritti umani. Tra i suoi lavori più recenti, Khartoum (2025), vincitore del Premio della Giuria alla Berlinale. Durante il workshop sarà proiettato anche il pluripremiato cortometraggio The Spider-Man of Sudan.

A workshop for students, young filmmakers and media makers interested in documentary filmmaking focused on human rights and creative storytelling through different languages and media. The workshop will be led by Phil Cox, an Irish/British filmmaker and journalist and co-founder of Native Voice Films, who has been working in documentary and reportage for over twenty years, with a particular focus on conflict and human rights. Among his most recent works is Khartoum (2025), winner of the Jury Prize at the Berlinale. The award-winning short film The Spider-Man of Sudan will also be screened during the workshop.
